Jeff attended a ministry training college and served others in the mission field for 10 years. Jeff has been with Constant Care since 2016. He is QMAP, CPR, and First Aid certified. He learned much of what is needed to take care of seniors by caring for his 87-year-old mother who struggled with illness toward the end of her life and needed much hands-on care.
Jeff says, “Just like with my mother, I want to see each senior resident have a great quality of life in this community home. I love helping seniors feel comfortable and happy in an assisted living facility. I love helping them get cleaned, dressed, and seeing them eat foods they love. I love making our residents laugh and hear them talk about their past and families. God has given me a greater love for people than ever before in my life, which has equipped me for the work ahead at Constant Care.”

Roberto says, “The best thing about working with seniors is the time I get to spend with them. I learn a lot by just listening to our residents share about their lives.”.
My Mother who suffers from dementia has been in Constant Care for a few months and I am thrilled to have found such a gorgeous home and compassionate atmosphere for her. After caring for her myself for several years, I know what it takes to provide an attentive and loving home and Constant Care is just that. Jeff, owner and manager, is 100% on top of her health and medication issues and has developed a special connection with her that keeps her laughing all the time. The 5 other residents and sweet caregivers are incredibly welcoming when I visit and already feel like family. I thank God every day for Jeff and the Constant Care team that is allowing my Mom to age with dignity and grace.
So far, this is definitely my number 1 pick in my search for a facility. First of all, the big corporate assisted living places I visited were too sterile and I had a feeling the residents there were far too lonely. Constant Care was a lovely home with a family vibe. I would live there myself. No one would get lost in the shuffle there. The staff seemed incredibly caring and genuinely involved. It made the residents to love living there. Even my mom would love the place.
